Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Method
Because our products are fresh and perishable, all orders are shipped using Priority Shipping to ensure they arrive quickly and maintain quality during transit.
Estimated delivery time for priority shipping is 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Schedule for Fresh Products
To protect product freshness and avoid extended transit times, orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Upon Delivery
Please refrigerate your items immediately upon arrival to maintain freshness and quality.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
