Established in 2020, I AM WAY is a Black woman and family-owned wellness brand rooted in intention, nourishment, and spiritual meaning.
Our name is inspired by the Hebrew phrase “Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh” — “I AM THAT I AM.” To us, it represents identity, presence, and the power of choosing who we become through the way we care for our bodies, our minds, and our community.

I AM WAY was born from our family’s commitment to health and conscious living. We wanted to create food and drinks that feel good, taste good, and nourish from the inside out. Every plant-based drink and pastry we make is crafted with whole ingredients, mindful preparation, and the belief that wellness should be both grounding and joyful.

What began as our family’s daily practice has grown into a community of people choosing intentional nourishment.

Here, wellness is cultural. It’s spiritual.

It’s a way of life.
